An agreement made between the client of the first part, and ‘All For You Singing Waiters Ltd’, (hereinafter called the Agent) of the second part.
Witness that the agent hereby engages the client and the agent accepts an engagement to present the following at the Venue and from the dates of the periods and at the fees stated in the schedule hereto;
THE BELOW ARE AN INTEGRAL PART OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Cancellation of this Contract shall be as follows;
  1. More than 14 days after the agreement is made. No refund will become payable.
  2. 30 days before the performance date; The FULL Fee will be payable.
  3. If a booking is made within 30 days of the performance date, the full balance will be required to confirm the booking, rather than a deposit. 
  4. The Agent agrees that the fee is inclusive of all expenses, travelling expenses to and from the venue and covers any payments whatsoever.
  5. If the full balance is not paid to the agent before the event date, then the Agent will believe this booking to be cancelled. Payment will not be accepted in person or after the event has taken place.
  6. The Client agrees that any further engagements offered to the Agent as a result of this engagement, whether from the Client on this contract or any other Client or potential Client, shall be negotiated through the Agent head office not the Artiste of the day.
  7. The Agent warrants that all equipment is in good working order, and fit for its purpose, and that no part of the performance is likely to be a danger to the Artiste/s or any other person/s.
  8. The adjustment of the volume and sound level of any equipment shall be as the Client reasonably requires.
  9. No refund shall be payable to the Client for any day upon which this engagement shall be suspended by reason of Royal Demise, National Mourning, Fire, Epidemic, War, Strikes, lockout or by reason of order of any Licensing or Public Authority.
  10. The Agent at the time of signing this contract shall not be under any contract to a third party that might preclude them from fulfilling the engagement.
  11. The Client shall be responsible for the provision of mains electricity in the performing area.
  12. All deposits paid are refundable for up to and including 14 days after payment is made as a cooling-off period. Deposit payments after this date then become non refundable.
  13. This contract reflecting the terms and conditions as verbally agreed shall be deemed accepted only when either; a) It is signed and returned in 7 days.
    b) It is not exchanged within the prescribed 7 days and no written objection has been made within its period.
  14. The Agent will not post any details of the clients booking on social media prior to their surprise performance taking place.
  15. All guests (including those under the age of 18) attending the clients event will be advertised on social media unless the client advises the agent of those parties wishing to be left out within 24 hours of the clients event taking place. Written confirmation from the guardians of those under the age of 16 may be requested by the agent.
  16. All children's entertainers for the agent are DBS checked.
  17. If there are any allergies with the client and guest party, the agent are to be made aware by the client 7 days prior to the event taking place. 
  18. The agent cannot clarify the name of the performers scheduled to perform at the client's event should they be required to change. If a performer cancels due to illness and they cannot be replaced for the event to be able to go ahead, the agent must pay a full refund to the client within 7 days of the event being cancelled (including the deposit).
