Should we invite children to our wedding?

This is quite a taboo subject and lots of couples worry about offending those with children by saying they don’t want them there. Most of the time, those with children are happy for the night off and don’t mind leaving them at home, so don’t worry about upsetting people. If they’re your real friends, they will understand.

Weddings can be a long day, especially for little ones. If you are considering inviting them, coming up with ways of keeping them entertained throughout the day is your best option.

Garden games like mini golf, connect 4 and boules for example always seem to go down well.

Colouring books whilst the children are sitting and eating their dinner are popular ideas.
